My name is Felix Adeoye and I am applying for the position of the financial Secretary for the 2023-2025 tenure.
I am currently a Treasury Associate with Oando PLC and I am willing to use my vast experience obtained over my 9 year career as a Governance Assistant and Treasury Associate to improve the operations of the Cooperative.
Why am I capable for this role?
The job of a financial secretary requires constant interaction with members and cooperative ministry. The role needs someone approachable and practical with good organisational skills. I like to think I fit all these criteria as I possess an outgoing and friendly disposition. I am also able to attend to member requests on time and as required.
As is required of the financial secretary, I will monitor closely individual member status and keep an up-to-date position of the Cooperative financial status at all times. I will also work closely with the elected audit committee and share information to aid the execution of their roles.
I am a trustworthy team player who takes pride in doing thing properly and will continue to put my best foot forward in all cooperative matters. I will work with the rest of the elected executives to seek for beneficial opportunities.
